The hotel was inspired by the idea of a caravanserai
Historically, a caravanserai is an inn with a central courtyard where travellers in desert regions could rest, swap stories and engage in trade. Today, this is translated into a spacious lobby area with ample, comfortable seating for all manner of live/work interactions.
With a soaring atrium that features terraces bursting with local flora, guests are instantly immersed in a forest-like setting. Columns recreate the sensation of walking amongst trees, while the expansive swimming pools just beyond impart a sense of calm and evoke an oasis.

Why Invest In Uganda
Uganda offers the fastest rising economy in Africa due to its political stability and economic policies.
Its economic growth is stable at between 5 to 7% annually, while inflation is under 7%. Investment security is guaranteed under the Constitution of Uganda and the Investment Code 1991. The government has also set up the Uganda Investment Authority as a one-stop centre where investors can register and obtain all required licenses under one roof.
The contribution from Travel and Tourism to Uganda’s GDP is slated to rise by 5.9% p.a. from 2018-2028 to USD 1.4 billion.
The Travel industry is set to increase its total employment to 349,000 jobs in 2028, a rise of 3.9% p.a. from 2018.
Africa has been growing in popularity among investors over the decades. Its current 1.2 billion population (some 15% of the world’s total) is set to reach 1.7 billion by 2030, with business spending projected to hit 6.7 trillion USD. The continent remains relatively undeveloped with a low per capita income that translates into immense growth opportunities. Also by 2030, the UN estimates that sub-Saharan Africa will account for about half the increase in the global workforce.
